Well, I don’t normally flip out about stuff like this, but. She didn’t “attempt suicide” at all. This, of course, is something the person who made it would know if they had actually read the book and therefore would’ve been given grounds to insult it, but since they didn’t, oh well. She clearly did it with the idea she was going to live. And even THAT was clear in the movie. So whatever.
